3-Day Advance Notice Requirement
All vehicle reservations must be placed at least 3 days prior to your desired pickup time.
Advance Deposit Confirmation
Advance booking deposit of Rs. 1,000 for bikes/scooters or Rs. 2,000 for cars/vans must be paid to confirm vehicle allocation.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with fuel and must be returned with the same fuel level as given.
Mileage Limit & Extra Charge
Every 24-hour cycle comes with 200 free kilometers. Additional distance is charged at the vehicle's extra km rate.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit (Bikes: Rs. 5,000 | Cars: Rs. 10,000-20,000 | Vans: Rs. 15,000) is collected at pickup and refunded upon inspection on return.
Prohibited Activities
Sub-renting, race driving, off-roading, or operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

What documents are required to rent a car or scooter?
For foreign tourists: Passport, valid National Driving License, and International Driving Permit (IDP) or Sri Lankan Driving Permit endorsement. For Sri Lankan citizens: National Identity Card (NIC), valid Sri Lanka Driving License, and billing proof.
How does the 200 free km per day work?
Every 24-hour rental period comes with 200 free kilometers included. For example, a 3-day rental gives you 600 total free km. Any extra mileage beyond the total free limit is calculated at a minimal per-km rate.
Is a security deposit required upon pickup?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required when picking up the vehicle (amount varies by vehicle category, e.g., Rs. 5,000 - 15,000). It is refunded immediately upon vehicle return in good condition.
Can I pick up or drop off the vehicle at Kandy Railway Station or hotel?
Yes! We offer convenient vehicle delivery and collection at Kandy Railway Station, major Kandy hotels, or our main shop on Peradeniya Road.
Is 24/7 roadside assistance included?
Yes! We provide 24/7 WhatsApp roadside support across Central Province. If you encounter any mechanical difficulty, our team assists or swaps the vehicle promptly.
